Hawza-e-Ilmia Ain ul-Hayat, Qom, I.R.Iran (For the students of India)

The schools and Islamic seminaries of India possess a rich and valuable historical legacy. Unfortunately, this magnificent Islamic heritage has declined over time. Nevertheless, we remain hopeful and determined to revive this great treasure — a heritage that holds immense value not only for Indians but for Muslims across the world.

Ayatollah Ali Reza A'arafi (Chairman of Al-Mustafa International University, Qom, Iran), during a meeting with the President of Aligarh University, India, stated:

“It is incumbent upon you to act according to your knowledge. Strive, therefore, to become a jurist in the religion of God, and do not wander aimlessly in the desert. For whoever does not become a jurist in the religion of God, God will not look upon him on the Day of Judgment, nor will He consider his deeds pure.”
(Usul al-Kafi, Volume 1, Page 21)

The cultivation of human potential is the cornerstone of any educational institution—particularly in religious seminaries such as the Hawza. The success and prosperity of every community depend on the presence of skilled, knowledgeable, and aware individuals who can respond to the evolving needs of their time. However, the scarcity of essential resources—qualified mentors, financial support, and institutional infrastructure—necessitates that seminaries prioritize the nurturing of exceptional talents to achieve significant results in a shorter time span.

Accordingly, the foremost objective must be to identify and guide gifted seminary students with dedicated supervision, enabling them to advance more rapidly and effectively through subsequent stages of their intellectual and spiritual development. Educational institutions, especially Hawzas with defined regional missions, must therefore dedicate their resources to discovering and cultivating promising youth—those who are highly motivated and deeply committed to acquiring knowledge and absorbing the teachings of the Ahlulbayt (as).

Such individuals are envisioned to play a vital role in advancing scholarship and knowledge within the sacred atmosphere of the holy shrine of Hazrat Masoumeh (as) and, ultimately, to contribute to the global movement of the Awaited Islamic Revolution by Imam (atfs) upon returning to their homelands.

Founding & Vision

In pursuit of these noble goals, Hawza-e-Ilmiyya Ain ul-Hayat was founded with reliance on divine grace and the blessings of the Holy Imams (as), particularly Hazrat Masoumeh (sa). On 1st Ziqad 1446 AH (29 April 2025 CE), this institution was established with a clear vision: to prepare Islamic scholars who possess an unwavering commitment to Islam, courage, and is skilled in preaching—dedicated to spreading the pure teachings of the Holy Prophet Muhammad (saws) throughout India and beyond.

Core Objectives

a) Educating distinguished students with strong academic foundations.
b) Emphasizing spiritual purification over mere academic achievement—cultivating refined individuals adorned with divine morals and inspired by the example of the Ma‘soomeen (as).
c) Nurturing students loyal to the system of Wilayah—responsible, insightful, and conscious of the challenges and needs of the Islamic world, with particular attention to the Indian context.
d) Enhancing research, teaching, and preaching capabilities across various domains, both in-person and through digital platforms.
